These terms govern use of the Kingia website and all associated services. By registering an account, punters confirm they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Eligibility

• Kingia is intended for residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is legal.
• One account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• Kingia reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point.

2. Account Registration

Accounts must be registered using accurate, current information. Providing false details, including a false name, address or date of birth, may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Punters are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must notify support immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for depositing wherever possible.
• Kingia may request identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing a withdrawal.
• Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon withdrawal of cash balance unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their own individual terms, published on the Bonuses page or within the promotion itself. General conditions applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered per the stated multiplier.
• Kingia reserves the right to void bonus winnings where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless stated otherwise.
• Kingia may amend, suspend or cancel a promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice given where possible.

5. Fair Play and Game Rules

All games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and operate on certified random number generators. Kingia does not manipulate outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays on the affected round; in such cases, any wager will be refunded to the player’s account balance.

6. Responsible Gambling

Kingia provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability

Kingia is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

Kingia may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting existing bonus terms will not be applied retroactively to already-credited bonuses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved through Kingia’s internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution provider or regulatory body.
